I began working on CFSC’s 2019 Annual Report in early 2020, and quickly realized I would need to completely reassess how we addressed this publication. With the Covid crisis starting in mid-March, putting out a celebratory retrospective of a time before the Coronavirus felt like it would be jarring to many readers.
So I re-worked the report to showcase our Covid response first, then included our look back at 2019 later in the report. The end result was something I was very proud to showcase.
