  • Storytelling & Content Creation: Spearhead the creation of compelling content by collaborating with donors, scholarship recipients, and grantees. Responsibilities include writing, photographing, and sharing impactful stories across various platforms. Notable projects include donor features in our annual report, profiles on scholarship recipients, and spotlight articles on the nonprofits we support.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with media outlets to promote foundation news and initiatives. Pitch story ideas and serve as the foundation’s spokesperson, representing us in radio and print interviews as needed.

  • Marketing & Design: Oversee the design, photography, writing, and production of all marketing materials, including annual reports. Manage digital media presence across all platforms, ensuring our message is consistent and engaging.

  • Event Planning & Support: Play a key role in the conceptualization and execution of events aimed at engaging donors, community members, fundholders, and board alumni. Noteworthy events include the Wildfire Resilience Summit and 2-3 Town Hall meetings each year.
